Private Clearwater Beach Access

One of the most beloved features of our home is access to the private Clearwater Beach Association, located less than a half-mile from the house and easily walkable for families.

Set on the calm waters of Gardiners Bay, Clearwater Beach offers a completely different experience from the ocean beaches of the Hamptons. The protected bay waters are ideal for young swimmers, paddleboarding, floating, and family beach days without the strong surf and undertow of the Atlantic.

Families especially love the expansive playground, where children can play while parents relax nearby, as well as the community BBQ area that makes it easy to spend an entire afternoon at the beach.

For older children and adventurous swimmers, there is a swim platform located offshore that kids can swim out to and jump from, creating endless summer memories.

Whether you're building sandcastles, grilling dinner by the water, watching the sunset, or spending the day swimming in the calm bay, Clearwater Beach is one of East Hampton's hidden gems and a favorite destination for families staying at our home.

Retreat $1,500 / per night

Utilities & Service $200 / per night

Security Deposit $4,500 / per stay

Security Deposit may be applied toward damage, excessive cleaning, policy violations, unauthorized guests, landscaping damage, missing items, septic repairs, or other losses. Any damages exceeding the deposit remain Guest's responsibility.
